straight from the boy's mouth

As we were driving home, the boys wanted to know where we were going. I said, We're going home and getting ready for bed!

Isaiah corrected me with this: No, Mom, we don't have a home! We are going to Grandma's house!

True. We are homeless....kind of. We own a home, and have a rental picked out. But, we can't move into our rental until December 1. So right now, we're crashing at my mom's. I do mean crashing. We have taken over the whole place and even family below us have to feel the effects of my boys oh so quiet walk - the elephants, I like to call them.

Life is interesting while "we don't have a home". Good thing family is willing to take us in! Our loudness drives me nuts; I can't imagine what everyone else is feeling.

Thank you, Lord, for family!

Hey Jen, looks like you're in Idaho? I'm sad we didn't get to connect before I left and you left, but I've kind of gotten into the blog world and have enjoyed reading yours. I pray all your transitions are going well!
